We want every order to arrive safely and bring joy. Because our products are sealed blind bags with multiple small items inside, we have a strict return policy to prevent missing pieces or product switching.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the package is completely unopened and sealed.
The blind bag must be in its original condition, with no signs of opening, tearing, or damage.
If the package has been opened, returns and refunds will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer:
Sweden & EU: 150 SEK
International: 220 SEK
These amounts cover handling, inspection, and return processing.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send a photo of the unopened package.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, your refund will be issued.
Important Notes
Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet the conditions will not be refunded.
